You receive 100% commission after we subtract a $495.00 transaction fee from every closing you have. There is no minimum production and we do not distinguish between full-time or part-time. We treat everybody as an adult, you know what is important to you, and you have the freedom to run your business the way you see fit. No surprises, just good business.
